Shipping policy

Deliveries within Australia

We offer free shipping on all orders over A$150. All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

We endeavour to have all orders delivered to you within 3-7 working days. 

We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries. Tracking numbers will be provided for your protection. To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm, as we allow the authority to leave the item at the nominated address. 

We deliver to GPO Boxes by Australia Post Parcels. If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact our customer service team via email. 

Deliveries to New Zealand 

We endeavour to have all orders delivered to you within 10-14 working days. 

We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries. Tracking numbers will be provided for your protection.
