Refund policy
LEW EYEWEAR will authorise a store credit, exchange or refund for any full priced product purchased from our online store (leweyewear.com.au) within 14 days of your orders ship day, this includes orders that use our welcome discount.
Items purchased on sale are exchange only or store credit. However, all items purchased as final sale cannot be returned for exchange, store credit or refund.
Although you may try on an item, all returned products must be returned in new and unused condition with all packaging intact. If your order included a gift with purchase, this must also be returned in an unused condition.
